And now, Deborah Levy behind Biotyspa has turned her attention to the face, bringing Biotyspa’s signature spa-at-home approach to the face, combining targeted skincare with facial massage to lift, firm, depuff and glow.

So what can you expect from the new kit, and why should you add it to cart immediately?
At the heart of the ritual is the new Firming Face Oil, a lightweight, fast-absorbing oil-serum powered by Samphira Oil Bioactive,a French marine retinol like active, alongside a nourishing blend of botanical oils.
The formula helps support collagen synthesis and skin renewal, while visibly reducing the appearance of fine lines and pores, strengthening the skin barrier and leaving skin smoother, firmer and more radiant.

As a dedicated fan of Biotyspa (I recently trialled the brand’s Body Sculpting Kit and remain loyal to the techniques), I am extremely excited to try the Face Sculpting Kit.
The kits have both been designed by French massage therapist Deborah Levy to replicate lymphatic drainage massages she knows and loves, but from the comfort of your own home.
The name Biotyspa is a combination of “bio” (which means “organic” in French), “beauty,” and “spa.” It has been so called to help you replicate a spa-like experience at home.
“I came from France to Australia in 2016 and was a specialist in French lymphatic treatment,” founder Deborah told 7You.
“When I couldn’t find lymphatic treatments in Australia that were clean, I decided to make my own. The result — Biotyspa — is a French/Australian brand. Autralian because of the natural botanicals in it like juniper oil, and French because of the technique.”
The technique of which Deborah spoke is the French “palper rouler” technique.
This particular technique uses the gentle pull from the Body Sculpt suction cup to lift and manipulate the tissue underneath the skin’s surface, which promotes lymphatic drainage, helps to loosen tight fibres of fascia that can press against fat cells and “pinches and rolls the skin”.
“The palpate and roll technique encourages the movement and elimination of fluid, toxins and water retention,” Deborah explained.
“When used daily for 3-5 minutes on each area, you can expect visible results in just three weeks.”
