Do any of you Entrecard gurus out there know how to find out (if you can find out?) the history of the cost of an ad on your site?

The reason I ask is that my blog has been down for nearly 24 hours (*they* are working on it apparently, but still, I'm not happy.  xangry) and I would like to refund the credit to the person's entrecard ad has been running for most of that time and getting no benefit from it.

I saw on the site that there's a way to send a credit to someone, but I'm not sure if it's possible to work out what they paid for it. My current ad price is 22 credits, but I expect the price was probably more before because I haven't been dropping cards lately so I think the price has gone down. I will send them a message, but my guess is they wont know what they paid (I've got no idea what I've paid for any of mine).

What do you think? Should I just take a guess and add a bit more to the current price? Or does anyone know how you find out what they paid?

I'm thinking that you should send them a message, explain the situation, and then have them check how much they paid for the ad, so that you can refund them that much. It will show up for them on the page for your blog (which is here - http://entrecard.com/details/6401). However, you can't see how much they paid, because you're not credited for the full value of the ad showing on your site, and I'm not exactly sure what fraction of credits you're given for an ad...

Also, the cost of an ad isn't based on how many cards you drop - it's based on the number of dropped cards you receive; I think that's one of the biggest misconceptions about how the site works...
