Just wondering because I don't know where I should put this question.

How do I make a nice pretty link in my forum posts?

Links are a little tricky with bbcode -

But the good news is (i think) that I allowed links to be ahref as well. Let's give it a try.

Yep, it works - so you can use html.

Snosk, can you edit the "insert hyperlink" button so that you can select your display text, push it and it will pop up a field to paste the URL into and automatically paste the code?

Thanks for that Snoskred.  I found the little icon that gave me the brackets but couldn't figure out how to use them.     And I wasn't sure if HTML would work in a forum or not.

Just remember you don't have to put in the text and then highlight it - which is a departure from what we're used to for most of us. There's two popup boxes - one for the link and the next for the text you want linked.
