If I delete images I have uploaded, will they get deleted in the post I have used them in?

They would on MSN groups.

Just wondering if they do on Wordpress.

Perhaps the way I do it is the best way after all?  I actually upload images to my webspace and then reference them in my blogposts - that way the image files are always up there, unless I delete them off the server.

Kathie that is a great way to do it, I think. I do a bit of both myself.

Thanks Snos, I didn't know there was any other way and I know many people use Flicker or something else to load their photos and images but since I own the server anyway, costs me nothing to use it.
