I have blatently stolen this list (well, borrowed with extreme prejudice perhaps) and republished it as Blogger/Blogspot Resources on On Blogging Australia.

you are most welcome - and thank you for putting the list together in the first place - unlike some other bloggers who are not on this forum and I won't mention, I would rather eat ground glass than borrow content without attribution

Thankyou for this list having just joined today it is all about time saving for me and after two or so years of blogging finally I am at the time when I can start to blogg and have half an idea what he heck I am doing lol. Good grief I even understand what the list refers to.

I have a site where I publish good quality blogger templates (for free of course). I myself have converted some of the wordpress themes to blogger templates, so may find some unique templates.
