I wrote this "tutorial" of sorts to overcome the problem of Project Wonderful ad blocks not appearing when not being used with a wordpress text widget.

Haha, i'd like to help, but I don't think i'm qualified! I'm still struggling with the whole design thing, and getting things to just "look nice".
