I remember that cheese ( I loved it back then) and I love all the new cheeses.

I want crusty bread, olives and cheese right now ! arghhh

We have come a long way from the plastic kraft – I do so remember that – wrapped in the thinest silver paper that never completely came away. We are lucky today – there are so many great cheeses made here – and what do you know – we have great wine to go with it.

(I cant believe this comment got spammed for the word spe?ialist as in specia?ist cheeses)

A month back I was down in the Huon Valley and visited the Grandvewe Cheesery where I swooned at my first bite of Birchs Bay Blonde. There are indeed delightful cheeses from Tasmania. It’s the grass.

It is good to see that in that last paragraph there are 4 Tasmanian cheeses.. South Cape Brie is another yummy Tasmanian cheese and then there is the stuff from the Bruny island cheese co. and then there is the Ewe Bewety from Grandvewe cheeses. mmmm
