Australian Postcards – The Sydney Harbour Bridge

I have lived in Sydney for just over 18 months since moving to Australia from London and I still have to catch my breath every time I see the bridge. My favourite view of the coathanger is at night when the lighting makes the bridge appear to hover over the dark waters of the harbour. I can imagine myself living in this city for many years and never getting tired of this view!

That is a great picture! Glad you like it in Oz. My sister and family come home this weekend after living in London for 9 years. The world is a small one hey?

It took me a year of living in Sydney and commuting over that bridge several times a week to lose the fascination and awe. It’s years since I’ve lived in Sydney and now when I go back I get tingles. There’s also a good view to be had from the Manly Ferry.
